This policy applies to digital teaching materials purchased directly from this website. Tutoring bookings are separate.
Digital products & delivery
Materials sold in this shop are digital downloads; no physical items will be shipped. Check each product description for the included files, language, suggested level, format, and any software or account requirements before purchasing. Download instructions are provided with your order after payment is confirmed. If your download is missing or does not open, contact angie@laprofelopez.com with your order number.
License & permitted use
Unless a product listing expressly provides a different license, each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to one educator for use with their own students, including their own tutoring students, or to one household for personal learning. You may print copies for those students and share necessary student-facing pages in a password-protected classroom platform accessible only to them. You may reuse the resource with your own classes in future years. Purchase does not transfer copyright.
Sharing & restrictions
Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files with other teachers or households. Do not upload the materials to public websites, shared staff drives, resource marketplaces, or social media as downloadable content. Do not remove copyright notices or claim the work as your own. Additional educators need their own licenses; contact us about school or team use. Third-party content included in a resource remains subject to its owners' rights.
Refunds & order problems
All sales of digital teaching materials are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description, preview, file format, and software requirements carefully before purchasing, and check that you have not already purchased the resource. If you receive an incorrect or damaged file or have trouble accessing your download, contact angie@laprofelopez.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help you access the purchased materials or provide a corrected file. Technical support does not create an entitlement to a refund. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
Prices & payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the total are shown at checkout before payment. Review your order and the product requirements before completing your purchase. Any price or policy changes apply to future purchases, not retroactively to completed orders.
Purchases through other marketplaces
If you buy a resource through Teachers Pay Teachers or another marketplace, use that platform's order-support process. Its purchase, delivery, and refund terms apply to that transaction.
