Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your lesson. This advance notice gives another student the opportunity to book the available time. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule at no additional charge or cancel for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed lessons are charged in full and are not refundable. If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If La Profe López cancels, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
